What is a Corporate Portrait Event?

A Corporate Portrait Event is a done-for-you, stress-free photography experience for your clients’ or employees' families. Each family enjoys a mini session with 2 fully edited images that they'll keep forever. Every time they see those photos, they'll be reminded of your company.

What type of company is this best for?

Corporate Portrait Events work best for companies that want to show appreciation for their clients in a meaningful, memorable way. They’re ideal for service-based businesses like realtors, property management companies, financial advisors, estate planners, and clinics.

How does the company plan and prepare for the event?

You pick the date — I take care of everything else. From scheduling families and coordinating communication to recommending locations, securing permits, and organizing logistics, I make it effortless for your team to welcome clients and enjoy the day.

What does the company team do on the day of the event?

Your team can enjoy the day however you like — whether mingling with clients, providing refreshments, or simply joining in the fun. My goal is to capture families naturally, so there’s no pressure on your team to set up or manage anything.

How long is each session?

Each family enjoys a 10–15 minute session slot, professionally photographed with natural, joyful moments.

How many images does each family receive?

Each family receives 2 fully edited images included in the session. Families may also purchase additional images or prints if they want more keepsakes.

Where does the event take place?

My location recommendations are beautiful, safe, and accessible. I handle any necessary permitting, and ensure the day runs smoothly.

Can families choose their images?

Yes! Families receive a private online gallery where they can select their included 2 images or purchase additional images and prints.

How many families can participate?

Each tier has a set number of families — Signature: 15 families, Legacy: 25 families, Archive: 35 families.

What if rain is expected?

When you book a Corporate Portrait Event, we’ll select a primary date along with a weather backup for peace of mind. If weather becomes a concern, we’ll confirm whether to proceed or shift to the backup date 48–72 hours in advance to ensure a smooth event and beautiful photos for everyone.

Can we customize the experience for our company?

Absolutely! I'll work with you to tailor the experience to your team’s goals, timing, and client base.
