SHOULD I CHOOSE A MINI SESSION OR A FULL SESSION?

It depends on what you’re looking for. Keepsake Minis are perfect for updated family photos, holiday cards, and busy families looking for a shorter session. If you’d like a more relaxed experience, customized planning and guidance, multiple locations, outfit changes, or a wider variety of images and artwork, a full Archive Session is the better fit.


WHAT IS A PERSONAL ORDERING APPOINTMENT?

After your session, we’ll meet virtually over Zoom to view your gallery together. You’ll select your favorite images, use your included $75 print credit, and have the opportunity to purchase additional holiday cards, artwork, or digital images if you’d like. Most appointments take about 30 minutes.


DO I HAVE TO BUY ANYTHING AT MY ORDERING APPOINTMENT?

No. Your session already includes five digital images and a $75 print credit. During your ordering appointment, you’ll simply choose your favorite images and decide how you’d like to use your print credit. Additional artwork and digital images are always optional.


HOW DOES THE INCLUDED PRINT CREDIT WORK?

Your Keepsake Mini includes a complimentary $75 print credit, which covers a set of 25 custom holiday cards with envelopes. If you prefer, you’re welcome to apply your credit toward matted prints or other printed artwork instead.


DO I GET TO CUSTOMIZE MY HOLIDAY CARDS?

Every holiday card is thoughtfully designed with your family in mind. During your ordering appointment, we’ll choose your favorite images and personalize one of my signature card designs, so your cards feel timeless and uniquely yours.


IS 15 MINutes ENOUGH TO GET GOOD PHOTOS OF MY KIDS?

Yes! Keepsake Minis are designed to be short, sweet, and efficient. I'm experienced working with little ones and I know how to jump right in, engage your kids, and capture natural smiles and sweet moments quickly.


WHAT IF I WANT A DIFFERENT DATE OR LOCATION?

Keepsake Minis are only offered on select dates and locations. If you’re looking for more flexibility or a fully customized experience, a full Archive Session would be a better fit.



CAN GRANDPARENTS OR EXTENDED FAMILY JOIN?

Yes! Keepsake Minis can accommodate up to six people. For larger extended family groups, you have the option to book a full Archive Session instead.



CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Dogs are welcome at The Trail. Please ensure your pup is leashed and comfortable around people, bicycles and other dogs.


WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Think timeless, neutral, and comfortable. After booking, you’ll receive my styling guide with outfit inspiration and tips for each location and for coordinating your family.


WHAT HAPPENS IF WE'RE LATE?

Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so in the case of late arrival, your session can be cut short or forfeited. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early so you’re ready to begin at your scheduled time.


WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

If weather requires us to postpone, I’ll add a new Keepsake Mini date. You’ll have the option to move your reservation to any available mini session or apply your payment toward a full session within six months.


WHAT'S YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?

Keepsake Mini bookings are non-refundable. If illness or unforeseen circumstances arise, you may transfer to another available mini session or apply your payment toward a full session within six months.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

Your personalized ordering appointment will be scheduled within approximately two weeks of your session. After your appointment, selected digital images are typically delivered via online gallery within 1–2 weeks. Prints, holiday cards, and other artwork are shipped directly to you, with delivery timelines varying by product.


What IF I WANT MORE IMAGES?

Your session includes five edited digital images of your choice. Additional digital images and full gallery upgrades are available for purchase during your ordering appointment.


HOW MUCH WILL YOU RETOUCH THE PHOTOS?

Every image selected at your ordering appointment will receive my signature edit, including color correction, light skin retouching, and the removal of minor distractions. More extensive retouching is available upon request for an additional fee.
