SHOULD I CHOOSE A MINI SESSION OR A FULL SESSION?

It depends on your goals. Minis are perfect for quick seasonal updates, toddlers with short attention spans, or busy families with limited time/budgets. If you’re looking for a more personalized and relaxed experience or more variety in images, a full session is the better fit. Learn more here.


IS 15 MINutes ENOUGH TO GET GOOD PHOTOS OF MY KIDS?

Yes! Mini sessions are designed to be short, sweet, and efficient. With years of experience working with little ones, I know how to jump right in, engage your kids, and capture natural smiles and sweet moments quickly.


WHAT IF I WANT A DIFFERENT DATE OR LOCATION?

Mini sessions are only offered at set dates and locations. If you have a specific vision, book a full “Chapter” (60min) or "Heirloom" (90min) session. Learn more about Mini Sessions vs. Full Sessions here.


CAN GRANDPARENTS/AUNTS/UNCLES COME TOO?

Yes, but note that mini sessions are limited to 6 people. For more than 6, please book a full “Chapter” (60min / max 10 people) or "Heirloom" (90min / max 15 people) session.


CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Leashed dogs are welcome at all of this spring's Mini locations! Please make sure your pup is comfortable around new people/animals and that you have a way to quickly tie them to a nearby tree when needed. Please note that The Creek is a high-traffic, narrow area with people, dogs, and horses—best for dogs comfortable in busy spaces.


WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Think timeless, neutral, and comfortable. A detailed styling guide will be sent after booking.


WHAT HAPPENS IF WE'RE LATE?

Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so in the case of late arrival, your session will be cut short or forfeited. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to ensure your session starts on time.


WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

If it rains and we need to cancel, I will add a new Mini date. You can choose to book any available mini spot or apply the amount towards a full session (to be used within 6 months).


WHAT'S YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?

Mini session payments are non-refundable. In the case of illness or unfortunate circumstances, you may reschedule for another available mini session date (if available) or apply the amount toward a full session (to be used within 6 months).


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

You’ll receive your fully edited mini session images within 1–2 weeks after your session.


What IF I WANT MORE IMAGES?

Your mini session includes 10 edited images of your choice. Once your gallery is delivered, you’ll have the option to purchase additional image downloads at $35 each or $150 for the entire gallery.


HOW MUCH WILL YOU RETOUCH THE PHOTOS?

Light skin retouching, skin tone correction and small distractions are taken care of in my signature edit style. If you'd like more detailed retouching, additional fees will apply.
