A welcome-home photo experience, gifted after closing.
Buying a home is a milestone worth celebrating. The Home Story gives your clients a chance to document those exciting early days in their new home.
In a guided in-home family session, we’ll capture the moments that make it theirs—from cuddles on the couch and gathering in the kitchen, to backyard play and the details they fell in love with.
The goal isn’t to photograph a perfect house. It’s to photograph the life they’re building inside it.

If they fall in love with more, they’ll have the option to purchase additional images and heirloom artwork—but there is no obligation.

You’ll receive a selection of finished images to share across your social media and marketing channels—beautiful, authentic content featuring your clients in their new space, gifted by you.
HOW IT WORKS
1. YOU GIFT IT
Give your clients their Home Story gift certificate when they close.
2. THEY REACH OUT TO ME
Within 30 days of closing, they contact Simply Archived to redeem their gift and schedule their design consult + session. Once their session is booked, I’ll invoice your company for the gifted experience.
3. WE MAKE A PLAN
Before their session, we’ll connect for a personalized Design Consult to talk about their family, new home, and how we can best document this chapter.
4. WE bring it home
I’ll meet them at their new home for a relaxed, guided 20-minute session, thoughtfully photographed around the spaces that make their new home uniquely theirs.
5. THEY REMEMBER IT FOR YEARS TO COME
We’ll meet for a gallery reveal experience the images together and choose their favorites. Their gift includes two edited digital images and two matted prints, with the option to purchase additional images and create heirloom artwork for their home.
Photographs become part of the home itself—and are remembered long after closing.

WHO IS THE HOME CHAPTER FOR?
The Home Chapter is designed for your clients- families who have recently purchased a home and want to document the beginning of their life there.
HOW SOON AFTER CLOSING DOES MY CLIENT NEED TO BOOK?
Clients should reach out to Simply Archived within 30 days of closing to schedule their session. This keeps the experience connected to the excitement of becoming homeowners while giving them time to settle in.
WHERE DOES THE SESSION TAKE PLACE?
The session takes place inside the client’s new home. I’ll guide them through a relaxed 20-minute session using the spaces and details that make their home feel like theirs.
WHAT DOES THE CLIENT'S GIFT CERTIFICATE INCLUDE?
The Home Chapter gift includes a 20-minute in-home family session, two edited digital images and two matted prints. Clients will also have the option to purchase additional images or artwork if they fall in love with more, but there is no obligation to purchase anything beyond their gift.
WHAT IF MY CLIENT ISN’T A FAMILY WITH CHILDREN?
Home Chapters aren’t just for families with young children. Couples, individuals and pets are all welcome. The experience is about documenting the people and spaces that make a house feel like home.
WHAT DOES THE HOME CHAPTER COST THE REALTOR?
Home Chapter is offered at a flat fee per booked session, so you know exactly what you’re investing in each client experience. Clients are welcome to purchase additional images or artwork if they choose, but there is never any additional cost to you.
WHAT DO I (THE REALTOR) RECEIVE?
With the client’s permission, you’ll receive the same selection of finished images from the session to use for your own social media and marketing. It’s a beautiful way to celebrate your clients, showcase your listings and emphasize the experience you provide.
DO I HAVE TO ATTEND THE SESSION?
No! Once you make the introduction and gift the certificate, I handle the rest—scheduling, planning, photography, editing, and delivery. You’re welcome to attend if you’d like, but either way I have it handled.
HOW DOES A HOME CHAPTER PARTNERSHIP WORK?
Once we establish your partnership, I’ll provide beautifully designed gift certificates for you to give your clients at closing. When a client redeems their gift, they’ll contact Simply Archived directly to schedule their experience. You simply present the gift — I’ll take care of the experience from there.
